You can create an Everkin account using your email address and a password, or sign up instantly with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. Once the app launches, tap "Create Account" to get started.

Creating a household and inviting members is an Everkin+ feature. Go to the "Family" tab and on the top right corner is a "Manage" button with a sub option of "Invite Family Members". You can add the email of someone who does not have an Everkin account yet or an existing user. Giving them "Administrator" role is equivalent to an "Owner"; they have full Read/Write access. Member role is more limited with fewer destructive capabilities. The invited user will get an email with the access code and instructions.

Caregiver mode is an Everkin+ feature that lets you grant temporary, limited access to pet sitters, dog walkers, or anyone caring for your pets. Invite a caregiver with a share link, choose what they can see - feeding schedules, medication reminders, emergency contacts - and set an expiration date. You'll get an activity log of everything that happened while you were away. Read the caregiver access guide.

From the main dashboard, tap the "Add Pet" button. You'll be guided through creating a profile with your pet's name, species, breed, date of birth, and other details. You can also add a photo to personalize their profile.

Absolutely. The free tier supports up to 2 pets with full core tracking. Everkin+ members can add unlimited pets. The dashboard makes it easy to switch between pets and see everyone's health at a glance.

The health timeline is an Everkin+ feature that gives you a chronological view of all your pet's health events - medications, vet visits, symptoms, weight changes, and more - in a single scrollable feed. Smart insights surface patterns and correlations, helping you share a complete health story with your veterinarian.

Navigate to your pet's profile and tap "Medications." You can add new medications with details like dosage, frequency, and start/end dates. Support for more advanced multi-medication dosing schedules is on the roadmap.

PDF summaries are an Everkin+ feature. From your pet's profile, tap the export option to generate a one-tap PDF summary. This report includes your pet's key health data, recent events, and medication list - perfect to bring along to a vet appointment.

CSV export is available to all users - go to your pet's profile and look for the export option to download your complete health records. Everkin+ members can also generate formatted PDF summaries for vet visits. You can choose the date range and data types to include.

Yes. You can share a CSV export with your vet anytime via email or AirDrop. Everkin+ members can also generate formatted PDF summaries designed specifically for vet visits. We're working on direct veterinary integrations for even easier sharing in the future.

You can delete your account from the app settings under "Account." After confirming, your personal data and pet data are removed from active systems within 30 days. Backup copies are purged within 90 days. You can also email support@everkin.io to request account deletion.

Before deleting your account, you can export all of your pet health records as CSV files from each pet's profile - this is available to all users. Everkin+ members can also generate PDF summaries. If you need additional help, contact support@everkin.io and we can assist with a full data export.
